Will smartphones ever make computers obsolete?

While smartphones have become increasingly powerful and versatile over the years, it's unlikely that they will completely replace computers in the foreseeable future.

Smartphones are great for basic tasks like browsing the web, checking email, and using social media, but they are limited by their small screen size and lack of a physical keyboard. They are also not as powerful as computers when it comes to running resource-intensive applications like video editing software or 3D modeling programs.

Additionally, many people still prefer the larger screens, full-sized keyboards, and more robust operating systems of computers for tasks like gaming, programming, and office work.

That being said, smartphones are becoming more capable with each new generation, and they are increasingly being used as the primary computing device for some people. It's possible that in the future, smartphones and other mobile devices may become powerful enough to replace computers for most people's needs, but it's unlikely to happen in the near term.
